Fall Create Your Own

How it works

Join us for our Create Your Own event where you can work with our experts to create your own gourd design! Choose between a variety of gourd design projects, and make your own masterpiece! No artistic experience is needed. Our team will help guide you through the process of making your own projects where you can paint, dye, assemble, and accessorize. You can complete as many projects as you would like within your workshop time.

Littles Projects - $8

The Littles Projects available this year are: a witch, scarecrow, ghost, turkey, cat, jack-o-lantern, skeleton or mummy. The Little Projects will be pre-colored and you will be able to mix and match to make your own unique fall piece.

Small Projects - $17.50

The Small Project has six different bodies to choose from and six different heads. You can mix and match these heads and bodies to make your perfect fall design. The small bodies that are available are: a pumpkin, a bat/moon/star, three leaves, three bats, a blank body with turkey feet and a mummy body. The heads that are available are a witch, mummy, ghost, scarecrow, turkey and bat. You will also be able to choose to make a jack-o-lantern head or a basket. These gourds can be lit with a battery-operated tea light for an additional charge ($1.00). These designs are approximately 3 1/2" in diameter.

Medium Projects - $25

The Medium Projects have four different bodies and six different heads to choose from. The bodies you can choose from are three bats, three leaves, a mummy and a bat/moon/star. The heads you can choose from are a witch, mummy, ghost, and a scarecrow. You can also make a Frank-n-stein, pumpkin silhouette, leaf silhouette and sunflower. The Medium Projects can be lit with an electric light for an additional charge ($2.00). These designs are approximately 5" in diameter.

Large Projects - $39.50

The designs for the Large Project are a Spooky Boo Jack-O-Lantern, Ichabod, Jack-O-Lantern Basket, Ghost Cottage and an Owl. These pieces can be lit with an electric light for an additional charge ($2.00). These designs are approximately 7" in diameter.

Extra Tall Projects - $60.00

You are able to make four different designs with the extra tall projects. You can make a Casper Jack Jack-O-Lantern, Scarecrow, Mummy or a Witch. Can be lit with an electric light for an additional charge ($2.00). These designs are approximately 22-24" tall.

How to Register

Pre-registration is required. There is a $10.00 registration fee (plus processing fees) per person to hold your spot at the event. You will receive a $10 credit per person towards your projects during the workshop. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will have tickets attached.

Please print out tickets and bring along or be able to bring up on your phone the day of the event to receive your refund when you checkout.

Rescheduling

If you need to move to another day, please call Dori and she will be able to move your entire party to the date and time that works better for you if there are spots available.

Ordering for a Group

If you are ordering for a group: and would like to sit together, please only place one order under one name. Please click on the block in green to copy this information to all ticket holders.

Example: If you are ordering 4 tickets - put them all under your name, so we can ensure that you are seated together.

Cancellations

Please note that service charges for the tickets are non-refundable. If you need to cancel you will be refunded the cost of the ticket only ($10.00/ticket). In order to receive a refund, you need to cancel your registration by the deadlines:

Refund deadline for October 12 & 13 is October 3rd by 4:00pm

Refund deadline for October 19 & 20 is October 10th by 4:00pm

If you need to cancel after your deadline, we can provide a refund only if your spots are able to be filled. Please call Dori at 717-776-6029 Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm if you need to cancel.

No shows will forfeit the $10.00 registration fee and will not be able to be used by others in the party.
