Join us for our Create Your Own event where you can work with our experts to create your own gourd design! Choose between a variety of gourd design projects (to be released soon), and make your own masterpiece! No artistic experience is needed. Our team will help guide you through the process of making your own projects where you can paint, dye, assemble, and accessorize. You can complete as many projects as you would like within your workshop time.
The Littles Projects available this year are: a bird, cat, bunny, peep dog and duck.
If you choose to do the Small Project, the options available are a bunny, duck, bird, cat or dog head. The bottom options are tulips, bunny with vines, heart, or a flower design. You are also able to make a new bumble bee (cannot be lit) . The designs that have a cut out can be lit with a battery-operated tea light for an additional charge ($1.00). These designs are approximately 3 1/2" in diameter.
The Medium Projects are an adorable cat, bunny, dog and duck head with a tulip, heart, or flower bottom. One piece gourds include a chick, fox or a spring silhouette. The cat, bunny, dog, duck and spring silhouette can be lit with an electric light for an additional charge ($2.00). These designs are approximately 5" in diameter.
One piece Large Projects are an Americana Flag or our new Spring Silhouette. You can also choose a bunny, duck or dog head to go with a tulip, candy dish or heart/vine bottom. These pieces can be lit with an electric light for an additional charge ($2.00). These designs are approximately 7" in diameter.

This adorable cottage is approximately 5" in diameter and looks great when paired with Spring Littles. This cottage can be lit with an electric light for an additional charge ($2.00).
This tall bunny is approximately 24" tall and can be lit by purchasing an electric light for an additial charge ($2.00).

Many designs to choose from this year!! All ages and levels of artistic skill are welcome. Bring friends and family for a fun day of creativity. You will have various Spring and All-Season gourd designs to choose from. You add your artistic (or not so artistic) touches with the help of our skilled crafters to make a unique gourd that is all your own. We have several days and a variety of times to choose from.
Pre-registration is required:
There will be a $10.00 registration fee (plus processing fees) per person which will be applied to the gourds you craft during the workshop. Full refunds will be given if notified by 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 29th for anyone who is signed up for the March 9th and 10th classes. Anyone who is signed up for the March 16th and 17th classes will have until Thursday, March 7th at 4:00pm to cancel. If you need to cancel after your deadline, please let me know, I normally have a wait list and if I am able to fill your spots, you will receive a full refund, but this is contingent that I am able to fill them. Please call Dori at 717-776-6029 Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm if you need to cancel. No shows will forfeit the $10.00 registration fee and will not be able to be used by others in the party.
If you are ordering for a group:
and would like to sit together, please only place one order under one name. Please click on the block in green to copy this information to all ticket holders. Please DO NOT give me individual names. Example: If you are ordering 4 tickets - put them all under your name, this way all the tickets will be grouped together. This will eliminate you being disappointed when you get here, and we were not aware that there were several groups under different names that wanted to sit together. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will have tickets attached. Please print out tickets and bring along or be able to bring up on your phone the day of the event to receive your refund when you checkout.

We will be holding multiple workshops on each day of the Spring Create Your Own.Classes on Saturday and Sunday will be held inside at 9:00am, 11:30am and 2:00pm in the back room and 9:30am, 12:00pm and 2:30 in the front room. Each class will be 2 hours long.
