Shipping Policies

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping in the continental United States on any finished product or raw gourd Retail Order over $100.00 to one address. If your Retail Order is under $100.00, there will be a shipping charge calculated when you check out. 

Shipping Timeline

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day. We ship both UPS & USPS and delivery can be expected within 1 to 14 business days from when the order leaves our farm. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Delayed Packaged

Carrier delays are common during major gift giving times, so we’d advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date. Packages must be lost for 10 days prior to a replacement being sent to allow time for shipping tracking information to catch up. 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for items if you change your mind or are not happy with the gourd design that you receive. Items can be returned within 10 days of your delivery date. If you have a defective or damaged item, please scroll down to read the section below on those returns. 

Any associated return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. 

We will refund your order once we receive your return. If your item is an exchange or return for an undamaged item, we initiate your refund upon receiving the item in resellable condition. Please make sure to pack your gourd in the box well to eliminate breakage.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Oops Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items that have discounted rates (such as farm animal packs) unless the entire bundled pack is returned
  • Assembled craft kits

Holiday Returns

For all items purchased between November 15  and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 15.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

We are sorry that you have received a damaged or defective item! We want to make it right in the best way that we can for you with the following options:

  • Replacement parts 
  • A replacement item
  • A refund, we if are unable to provide a replacement

Damaged items can be returned within 10 days of order your order date. Oops Sale items are not qualified for any returns.

Because our designs are crafted using a natural gourd, each piece is ever so slightly different to make for a unique artisan piece with natural variance in color, shapes, and size. We do not consider the natural shape, coloring, color variations, or dimples in the gourd to be considered damage as this is the natural patina of our gourd designs.

Our lighting in our gourd designs can be replaced by purchasing replacements from our website or other vendor. We do not guarantee the lifespan of our electric or battery-operated lighting. We use 7watt Amber night light bulbs for our lit designs.

Sales

Sale prices are only valid during the advertised sales times. No reimbursements will be given for orders placed before or after the posted sale dates.
